Return and Refund Policy

As our products are made-to-order/customized, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • errors made from typing errors or spelling variations when ordering, please make sure that spelling is checked before your order is completed.
  • defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
  • or if you simply have changed your mind.

In some rare cases, products might have quality issues or unexpected loss, we may ask your help to return those incorrect items to us for a quality inspection. Once your return is received and approved, we will inform you of your refund by email. There are also certain situations that only partial refunds are granted, such as any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing during transportation. Please contact us via email at within 14 days of receipt for further instructions on how to proceed.

Typically refunds take up to 2 weeks to be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
